[Paraview] LiveDataSource

Hi,

I pushed a some new commits to the live-data branch a few weeks.  One of the
commits that tells pvserver not to exit when the coprocessing connection is
closed.  c5d5a8f8f2dfbd41fcd9

I have several other new commits that bring in new fixes & features but I
have not had a chance to push.  I'll reply to this message when I do.
