[Paraview] SurfaceLIC plugin does not get built

Hi,

I have compiled pvserver (3.8.0) with openmpi to run on the university cluster. I have set the surfaceLIC plugin to 'on' during configuration but somehow it doesn't get built. Could someone tell me why this happens and how to get this plugin built?
