[Paraview] VisIt plugin and Mac version of paraview

Hi Joel,

The new VisIt plugin can be tracked at
http://github.com/robertmaynard/VisIt-Bridge. Currently I haven't converted
the Tecplot reader, but that wouldn't be hard to add.
