[Paraview] Build bug on Windows

  Hi Dave,
Thanks so much. Below two lines are exactly what I am looking for.
CMAKE_EXE_LINKER_FLAGS add /NODEFAULTLIB:<library.lib>
CMAKE_SHARED_LINKER_FLAGS add /NODEFAULTLIB:<library.lib>
Should I report Xdmf problem to ParaView bug tracker?
