[Paraview] pvserver -display on windows

Paraview cannot provide this mechanism because VTK does not.

It will requires some non trivial work on the vtk OpenGL extension
manager and vtkWin32OpenGLRenderWindow part.

This is something I would like the VTK ARB to put on the TODO list.
