[Paraview] Pointless bug: Background colour resets to default

This bug still exists, and is actually obnoxious.  Furthermore, there is another twist to it - you cannot reset the background color by just saying Edit/ View Settings/ General/ Restore Default/ OK.  I cannot edit this bug - you may want to add the previous sentence as a note to the bug.
