[Paraview] ParaView-3-8 branch created and CVS unlocked

Hello all,

The ParaView-3-8 branch has been created and can be accessed by:

cvs update -r ParaView-3-8 -dP

This branch will be used for producing the 3.8 binaries in the near future.
