[Paraview] PV parallel mode loading

A .pvd file point to what kind of files? There should be some sort of
.vtX or .pvtX file(s) that the .pvd file points to. Also, do you know
what kind of file system the data is on? Some sort shared disk (NFS,
Samba etc.) or is it a parallel file system (pvfs, lustre, gpfs etc.).
