[Paraview] How to optimize ParaView compilation

Hi Ken, hi all.
I was wondering whether to compile ParaView 3.6.2 to optimize the speed, we
only have to set CMAKE_BUILD_TYPE = Release in CCMake Tool, or if you need
to set other variables.
