[Paraview] Problems with Reader GUI

Thanks for the hint, but unfortunately that didn't help. 

To Utkarsh:

I normally have them combined as one. I split them to see if it would help
locate the issue, since it is quite hard to debug the XML code otherwise. 


I think I'm just going to have to check my previous revisions to see if they
work and try and find the issue that way.

Any reason why you have spilt them into two plugins? You may want to just
combine them into one.
