[Paraview] what is wrong with Ensight gold file?

Dear all,

Attached is the Ensight gold (test.case), associated geometry file for
one 8-noded hexahedron, and variable files for scalar values in 8
nodes. But I cannot visualize the data in ParaView. I see nothing.
When I see in the information  tab, I see 0 cells. What is wrong with
my simple file?

I am using ParaView 3.6.2 in windows xp.
