[Paraview] running paraview in parallel

Vishwa, I never hit it, but searching the web seems to be a difference
in how gcc handles inline functions. Try the following:
Edit "Mesa-7.7/configs/linux"
change "-std=c99" to "-std=c89"
make distclean
make linux-x86-64
