[Paraview] error with vtkAMRDualGridHelper

Jean,

I developed "vtkAMRDualGridHelper" and the AMR filters that use it
specifically for CTH and FLASH files.  They be not process point data yet.
If my plans work out, I will extend the filters to be more general later
this year.
