[Paraview] build problems on windows

Ok, I've found the problem and it seems to be with the way cmake is
generating the build.make file. If I manually add the .exe onto the end of
vtkWrapClientServer in the build.make file it will run the program and then
I also need to do the same for kwProcessXML too.

Any idea how to fix this? I'm not sure whether it is a fault with a cmake
file or my setup.... Is anyone else building plugins outside of the ParaView
source using nmake on windows?

Thanks,
Paul
