[Paraview] Manta plugin for Paraview

In short no, it doesn't build in visual studio.

We spent a day or two trying to get it to build with shared libraries
but could not. We estimate it would take a couple of days more to
finish the modifications to manta that are necessary. Expect a summary
of where we were going with that on the manta mailing list.
