[Paraview] Plugins in Windows 3.6.2 binary

If the computer does not have the msvc dlls installed or on a current 
path you need to package them also in the plugins directory. Another 
option would be for ParaView to do a silent install of the MSVC redist 
package instead of dumping the dll's/
