[Paraview] Compiling without X11 libraries

I am not sure about ParaView but in VTK if you turn rendering off you should
be able to do this. Have you tried turning PARAVIEW_BUILD_QT_GUI off? I do
that when I generate the command line tools package on Mac OSX.
