[Paraview] Sharing GPUs Amongst Processes

I do not know if there is any way to create an OpenGL context on a GPU without first connecting to an X server.  (I prefer to remain blissfully unaware of such details.)  Regardless, I am quite sure that VTK does not support creating such a connection (yet).
