[Paraview] Wave propagation animation

Hello,

I am simulating a wave propagation in a discretized 3D volume. I have
a sequence of raw float data files that contain the intensity of all
the discretized cells of the wavefield for each time step. I would
like to create an animation to see how the wave propagates within the
volume but I don't know how to do it. Can anyone tell me how should I
proceed?
