[Paraview] OSX 10.6 and Qt 4.6

The binary installer for Qt-Cocoa (i386+x86_64 universal) is here:

http://get.qt.nokia.com/qt/source/qt-mac-cocoa-opensource-4.6.1.dmg

However, there is still no Qt-Cocoa SDK installer... To get to the download page you have to go to http://qt.nokia.com/downloads, choose LGPL, an then select the Mac OS X download ON THE RIGHT-HAND SIDE, abort the automatic download and then select the Qt-Cocoa download... Pretty painful.
