[Paraview] Problem using Generate Surface Normals

The issue was the pointer to the filestream was being set to NULL after all
reading finished, so when RequestData was called it quite rightly returned a
0. Thanks for the pointer, Utkarsh.

More likely than not, your vtkTestReader::RequestData() returned a '0'. You
might want to put a break point in
vtkTestReader::RequestData() and see why it's returning a 0.
