[Paraview] BSpline & NURBS in Paraview

[Adriano Gagliardi]

Are there plans to include this functionality? It would certainly open up
new avenues for ParaView with regards to CFD pre-processing.

You will have to discretize them I am afraid. It would be awesome if
VTK/ParaView directly supported BSplines and NURBS as data structures...
