[Paraview] vtkParsePreprocess.c missing

I am getting this error when configuring the git source

 CMake Error in Utilities/VTKClientServer/Wrapping/CMakeLists.txt:
   Cannot find source file "vtkParsePreprocess.c".

Is this file actually missing? Or have I done something wrong with git?
