[Paraview] Parallel Testing

I just tried an experimental build on bubbles with testing done in
parallel. This is the result :

I did another test without the dreaded
PV_TEST_INIT_COMMAND:STRING=killall -9 pvserver;... line but the results
weren't much better.

The solutions I can think of are to set the RUN_SERIAL CTest property
for these tests or to adjust the ports used for these tests.
