[Paraview] 3.8.0-RC1 missing domain info.

The support for choosing a domain was dropped in 3.8. There are undue
complications in the reader that result from having multiple domains
and in practice most users ended up using multiple grids in the same
domain. If multiple domains is something you'd like to have supported,
please feel free to add it to the bug tracker (
http://paraview.org/Bug ).
