[Paraview] ParaView 3.8 RC1 needs more elaborate FindHDF5.cmake

There is a FindHDF5 that is built into CMake, I think 2.8, that was
re-written and vastly improved in the not so distant past. When we switch
VTK/ParaView to require CMake 2.8 we can remove the one in ParaView which
will then use the one included in CMake. I haven't gotten the go ahead but
it is something we will probably do very soon.
