[Paraview] FW: PV parallel mode loading

Hi Odile,

Which version of ParaView are you using? Can you try to build ParaView
from the 3.8 branch? There has been some changes to improve the
scalability of the EnSight reader in parallel (not SOS but regular
EnSight files).
