[Paraview] Install Flags for ParaView 3.8 RC 1 and OS X

Good Morning,

I have been trying unsuccessfully to build the 3.8 RC 1 on OS X because of a problem with ffmpeg. 

Building ffmpeg from the source on the VTK site is unsuccessful if shared libraries are installed. There's a bug in the Makefile somewhere that tries to install a blank library name, and it ends in error.

Building the latest ffmpeg works fine, but the resulting build of ParaView crashes with a segmentation fault when trying to save an animation.

Could you possibly post the build options and ffmpeg version used to generate the 3.8 RC 1 OS X binaries? Thank you.
