[Paraview] Problems with 'change_coords_only' in Ensight Gold dataset

    Currently the VTK EnSight reader does not support this functionality.

    BTW: I do not know if you are reducing the size of the dataset for the
initial parallel problem. If it is true and if that problem occurs upon
loading the first time step, you may simply change the number of time steps
to 1 in the case files.
