[Paraview] Cut by a 3D Surface

Yes, you can use the "Resample With Dataset" filter. This filter has two inputs:
"Input" -- the dataset that you will provide the values being
interpolated i.e. your "second mesh"
"Source" -- the dataset onto which the values are interpolated i.e.
your 3D surface.
