[Paraview] Option for OpenFOAM Reader

Sorry for the duplicate email, including the ParaView lists as well,

Hi all,

A bug a user found with the latest ParaView binary led me to discover that
building the OpenFOAM reader is optional. Is there any reason this should
be? If not, does anyone object to me removing the CMake option and just
having it always built?
