[Paraview] animations

For both cases you can use the Temporal Shift Scale filter, showing
the original data in one view and the temporal shift scale filter in
another. Once you have added the temporal shift scale filter, right
click on the filter in the pipeline browser and check "Ignore Time",
then right click on the data source and uncheck "Ignore Time". When
"Ignore Time" is check, the timesteps produced by that filter and not
considered by the application for deciding the range/timesteps for the
default animaiton.
