[Paraview] Branded plugin libraries packaging

A quick workaround is as follows:
* Set the PV_INSTALL_PLUGIN_DIR before your ADD_PARAVIEW_PLUGIN calls.
That will add install rules to install the plugin with component
"Runtime".
