[Paraview] Extending pqAutoGeneratedObjectPanel for custom reader?

Hi Paul,
Does make perfectly sense and oh so obvious a mistake. I even put the comment "# name of SourceProxy in FooReaderSM.xml" there myself. Thanks a lot!
