[Paraview] Fast-LIC implementation - where are we? (Fred Fred)

That's where VTKEdge has the 'edge' :). VTKEdge includes surface-LIC
support so you can show LIC textures on arbitrary slices/surfaces.

Refer to the following Kitware Source edition for an overview of
VTKEdge's LIC capabilites.
