[Paraview] Turn off text progress output in pvbatch

This is slightly tangential, but I always thought that there should be a method to simply turn it on or off.  Whenever I wanted to use this function, it was really in a script where I simply wanted to suppress the messages.  In order to do that, I need to go through a weird process of checking the flag and then toggling if it's on.
