[Paraview] OSX 10.6, Qt 4.5

Just noticed that the binary install of Qt-Cocoa-4.5.3 is buggy. It  
only contains a stub for QtDBus.framework. Reported the issue to Nokia  
and am building now Qt myself (what a pain!)
