[Paraview] OSX 10.6, Qt 4.5

Just compiled with your patch, and it works. There is still the issue
with CFLAGS and CXXFLAGS of course, but that is only a problem for
Carbon builds. However, does the patch for Qt/CMakeLists.txt also work
for older Qt versions?
