[Paraview] MHD reader not available

I fixed the Meta Image Reader. Attached is a patch file obtained from:
   cvs diff ./Applications/ParaView/ParaViewReaders.xml
./Servers/ServerManager/Resources/readers.xml > metaimagereader.patch

I also submit a bug report here :
