[Paraview] API Change between PV 3.4 and 3.6 for XY Plots

OK,
  So my choice is to help fix the bug in the Plotting code in ParaView  
or "work-around" lack of support in my own code by maybe swapping in/ 
out arrays of the proper length to kind of "fake" the time support.  
Just trying to gather an estimation for an upcoming review by the  
client.
