[Paraview] cmake issue (one more)

Ok, I set the ParaView_BINARY_DIR variable by hand and now I run ccmake <source_dir> and I get several errors saying that some files lack in <binary_dir>, such as Servers/Filters/Utilities/vtkPVFiltersKit.cmake
I did not have any problem compiling PV on Mac OS X but these problems occur on Linux Ubuntun
cmake version: 2.6.2
PV version : 3.6.1 (source)
