[Paraview] Initializing toolbars "unchecked" (branding)

Hey Utkarsh,
Thanks -- that did the trick!
I got fooled for a while, thinking it wasn't working, because before I
made this change to hide the toolbars I had opened the application and
the Settings File (.ini) was overriding the "hide" and making the
toolbars visible... oops.
