[Paraview] VISIT-plugins from source

[Berk Geveci]

There is already a Tecplot reader in CVS ParaView. It is Ascii only
for now. We will have a CGNS reader in the future as well.

Building the VisIt plugin is a non-trivial process, specially on the
Mac. We will clean it up but it will probably take a little while.
