[Paraview] Building Parallel ParaView on 64 bit Linux System

You can use "make VERBOSE=1" to see the full compile commands for a single
time. There is also a an option in cmake to have it do it every time but I
don't know that off the top of my head.
Another possibility is that it may be another library that needs to be
compiled with -fPIC.
