[Paraview] Particle tracing tutorial. Is there any?

Hi folks,

Does anybody know if there's a (step-by-step) tutorial explaining how the particle tracing filter works? Just wondering to animate particles travelling in the streamlines for a flow past around a circular cilinder problem...

BTW, It would be great putting a hint in the "Input" and "Source" fields of the filter. They sounds a bit enigmatic...
