[Paraview] CMake error in ParaView CVS trunk

Several dashboard builds (and the one on my desktop) are failing with the following cmake error.

CMake Error at Utilities/VTKClientServer/vtkClientServer.cmake:16 (INCLUDE):
  include could not find load file:

    /projects/kmorel/dashboard/builds/ParaView3-blackrose-Release/Utilities/Xdmf2/vtk/Utilities/vtkXdmfKit.cmake
Call Stack (most recent call first):
  Utilities/VTKClientServer/vtkClientServer.cmake:37 (PV_PRE_WRAP_VTK_CS)

Has anyone recently made a checkin that could cause this?
