[Paraview] load several vtk files - transient dataset.

Unfortunately, there is no way of doing this with .vtk files at the
moment. If you convert your files to the XML based format, you can use
the pvd file. I suggest reporting a feature request for pvd -> vtk at
http://paraview.org/Bug.
