[Paraview] Translating and distributing the SC08 tutorial handouts?

Takuya and Renato,

The original sources with images is about 35MB.  Rather than try to send that through email, I have sent you a separate email through our web-based file transfer software where you can download it.

If anyone else wants the source, let me know.
