[Paraview] Translating and distributing the SC08 tutorial handouts?

Ken Moreland from Sandia has final word but I don't think there is any
problem with you doing this as long as you give the authors the due
credit. We should probably think of assigning some sort of creative
commons license to these documents in the future.
