[Paraview] Naming pipeline items with a Python script

Hi,

Is it possible to change the name of an object in the pipeline with a python
script? i.e. if I go to the Python shell and type:

    s = Sphere()

It will create a new object called "Sphere1".  Is there a way to set this
name?
